Terms and Conditions: Corawolf Flowers
1. Introduction
By accessing this website and purchasing our dahlia tubers, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
2. Ordering and Payment
-
Inventory: Items in your cart are not reserved until payment is complete. Due to high demand, items may sell out during the checkout process.
-
Payment: Orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase.
-
Order Limits: We reserve the right to limit quantities of specific varieties to ensure fair access for all customers.
-
Occasionally tubers will rot in our storage. If this occurs and the tuber your ordered is not available, we will issue a refund for the amount of that tuber.
3. Shipping and Delivery
-
Time: Dahlia tubers are perishable. We ship starting February during windows as weather conditions permit (Feb-May) to prevent freezing during transit. If you do not wish to receive your tubers soon, do not order.
-
Combined Shipping: From time to time, we offer combined shipping promo codes. Orders using the promo code using the same shipping address will ship to the one address. If you want the orders shipped to multiple addresses, place a new order. If you use a promo code for combined shipping, you must have paid for shipping at least once. Orders placed separately will be shipped separately.
-
Address Accuracy: The buyer is responsible for providing the correct shipping address. We are not liable for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
-
Shipping Locations: We ship only within the continental USA excluding Hawaii and Alaska.
4. Tuber Quality and Guarantee
-
Viability: We guarantee that each tuber will have at least one visible eye and a firm body at the time of shipping.
-
Varietal Accuracy: While we take extreme care to avoid mix-ups, mistakes happen. If your tuber blooms as the wrong variety, please provide photographic proof within the current growing season for a refund.
-
Post-Planting Liability: We are not responsible for tuber failure due to:
-
Improper storage after delivery.
-
Poor weather conditions (rot due to heavy rain, frost damage).
-
Pests, disease, or neglect.
-
Crop failure after the plant has begun growing.
-
5. Cancellations and Returns
-
Cancellations: All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, store credit, or changes to your order once payment is complete.
-
Returns: Due to the perishable nature of live tubers and the risk of disease transmission (like Dahlia Mosaic Virus), we do not accept returns.
6. Virus and Disease Policy
-
We inspect our plants throughout the season and cull any showing signs of virus. However, dahlias are susceptible to various pathogens. By purchasing, you acknowledge that we cannot 100% guarantee a disease/virus-free garden as environmental factors beyond our control can introduce disease.
7. Limitation of Liability
-
In no event shall Corawolf, Corawolf Flowers, employees, or volunteers of Corawolf be liable for any amount greater than the purchase price of the specific item in question. We are not responsible for any "loss of enjoyment" or secondary costs related to gardening.
7. Refund and Replacement Policy
Our "Eye" Guarantee
We take pride in our stock. Every tuber is inspected for at least one visible "eye" (the growth point) and a healthy neck before it gets shipped.
Reporting an Issue
-
Arrival Issues: You must inspect your tubers within 48 hours of delivery. If a tuber is squishy (rotted) or severely damaged upon arrival, email us at corawolfflowers@gmail.com with clear photos.
-
Missing Items: If your order is incomplete, notify us within 48 hours of delivery for a prompt refund or replacement (subject to availability).
What is Non-Refundable
-
Buyer’s Remorse: Once an order is processed for shipping, we cannot offer refunds for a change of heart.
-
Garden Failure: We cannot refund tubers that fail to grow due to over-watering, late frosts, or being "dug up by the neighbor's dog."
-
Summer Neglect: Claims made after July 1st of the planting year will not be honored, as we cannot account for the care the plant received during the spring.
Resolution Options
-
Refund: A direct refund to your original payment method for the cost of the tuber (shipping costs are non-refundable).
